Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes if a carrier restriction applies to your selected items; contact us if you have questions.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Handmade or made-to-order items may require additional production time, which will be noted on the product page or confirmed by email.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated per product. When your cart contains multiple items, checkout uses the highest single-item shipping rate among the products in your order (not the sum of each rate).
The shipping amount shown at checkout is added to your order total. Product prices already include applicable sales tax.
Delivery estimates
After shipment, domestic delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships (once shipping notification emails are enabled).
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier. If the package is lost in transit, contact us and we will help file a claim or arrange a replacement when possible.
Incorrect address
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes may not be possible after an order is fulfilled.
